Design
We accurately assimilate the client’s personal requirements and project restrictions with a rich imaginative design, without compromising style, project performance or economy.
Project Management
We provide Project Administration, being involved in all aspects of the project, from conception through construction to post construction review. Coordinating with the Contractors, Consultants and overseeing project meetings, we endeavor to maintain project quality and budget. JVF has saved our clients millions of dollars and minimized the number of change orders through this process.
Technology
Quality and precision is necessary, whether for a specific or a speculative project. There is a freedom to explore novel solutions, which have become available through new technology. While we maintain the design and styling of a project within the bounds of budgetary constraints, in the detailing we can explore new ideas, which we believe will increase the productivity and asset value of the project without risking the client’s capital.
Quality Documentation
Through our understanding of Design and Construction, we provide complete and thorough documents to achieve responsible pricing and maintain design and construction quality. This anticipates and reduces many of the design questions and decisions that the contractor may have during construction. This is reflected in the low percentage difference in final Contractor bids.
Value Engineering
Compliance with the budget is of paramount importance. Even with a large budget, high quality projects, we maintain that every dollar is well spent. Teamed together with the client, design features, materials and details are never proposed without doing some degree of value engineering.
